The controller of your personal data is LiveSystems s.r.o., Revoluční 763/15, 110 00 Praha 1, company ID 07649118. Please send any questions about your personal data to info@livesystems.cz.

What data we process

Your name, e-mail address, the selected topic and the content of your message from the contact form, plus any other details you share with us by e-mail or by phone.

Why and on what legal basis

We use the data only to answer your enquiry and to discuss possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

For as long as we handle your enquiry and then for no longer than 2 years after our last contact. If we enter into a contract, retention follows the contract and statutory periods.

Who has access

Only our employees process the data. Our website host (Vercel) and our e-mail delivery service (SMTP2GO) also process it technically as our processors. We do not pass it on to anyone else or sell it.

Your rights

In connection with the processing, you have the right to:

• access your data and have it corrected,
• request its erasure or the restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).

Cookies

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores a technical cookie with your language choice so that it opens in the same language next time.
